Had a great experience at Reina De Mexico! The vibe is warm, colorful, and full of energy — such a beautiful space to enjoy a meal. I tried the Camaron Zarandeado Tacos and they were incredible — perfectly grilled prawns with smoky adobo, creamy chile mayo, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, and cilantro. So fresh and packed with flavour! Everything else that came out of the kitchen looked amazing — from the stunning Pan De Elote with edible flowers and pumpkin seeds, to the beautifully presented Elote Asado, churros, and roasted veggie tacos. I seriously can’t wait to come back and try the rest. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you love vibrant, delicious Mexican food in a great atmosphere.
The best Mexican restaurant in the city. The new owners are lovely and the environment of the restaurant is amazing. The shrimp tacos has been the best tacos I have ever had in Toronto. All the food feels authentic. The service is amazing too
We had an amazing experience. The atmosphere, food, hospitality and customer service were amazing. We came out of our way to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. Yulia was so lovely and Antonio is a wonderful cook! We will be back
This restaurant truly embodies authentic Mexican cuisine, and we felt really welcomed from the moment we walked in. The staff were warm and friendly, which really added to the experience. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations, and the ambiance was just delightful. Dani's performance was a beautiful touch that made the evening even more special. I genuinely look forward to coming back and creating more wonderful memories here.
The food is prepared by a Mexican chef and is truly delicious, also, they sell beer and liquor. The place is very cozy and has a pleasant atmosphere. Hot spicy sauces really good!They served us very well and were generous. They also have a salsa dancer, Daniela. She's very friendly, kind, and energetic. Even if you're not used to dancing, you'll end up dancing just like everyone else. It's a great vibe; we loved it and will definitely come back soon.
Amazing experience,food is delicious everything made in house, so fresh. Best churro I have ever had. Live performance by Danny was amazing.it was like a party in the restaurant. Drinks are sooo refreshing and delicious the spicy margarita hits the spot. The service is beyond great, entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we have the best time. Must must visit.
Lovely restaurant and great ambience! Not to mention the amazing staff who were attentive from the beginning. A big shout out to Yulia, she was very kind and courteous, she offered insight on the menu and recommendations, she even brought a glass with water for my rose ! I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back to try more food and drink options. Update to the review: I went for the second time, and I am truly in love with the attention and service from everyone at the restaurant. Our server was Daniela and she went above and beyond! I took my father to the restaurant and it was his first time trying tacos, Dani explained the menu, provided different recommendations based on our likes. It truly felt like we mattered as customers. We got the tostadoras de tinga to start with, these were crunchy, super delicious toppings, very flavourful !! We also got the birria slider and the birria tortillas, both also tasty, either are very good options and pretty filling ! I got a very delicious cocktail, it was a mezcal, if im honest I forgot the name (but it is the purple drink); it was just perfect, if you enjoy a stronger tasting drink, I recommend. I have recommended this restaurant to my friends and will definitely be going back!!
In a word, AMAZING!!!! Raine de Mexico is a restaurant experience with five Star winning combination: Beautiful atmosphere, outstanding food & drinks and exceptional service! The atmosphere was layered with warm lighting, creating a casually sexy environment full of beautiful people. Tables, chairs, and restrooms were clean and sanitary by excellent standards. The food was incredibly delicious! The Pineapple Shrimp Ceviche was super fresh, light and yet satisfying! The Pollo Pastor Taco was tasty tender and had a perfect punch, it melted on our palettes like butter! Tostada and veggie Tortas were tasty and filling. The drinks were refreshing and flavourful!!! Waiting staff was friendly and going above and beyond for us.. Yes, the live music and dance just took me straight to Mexico. Reasonable menu prices, delicious food and exceptional service truly made our evening memorable. Keep it up guys..
